The Hi-Lux runs a sleek concave profile with the swell sitting mid-to-low in the blade. That puts the middle where front-foot players want it, and the concaving takes wood out from behind the blade so the bat keeps a strong pick-up rather than feeling blunt. It is shaped for hitters who still want to be able to place a ball.

Handle and control

A five-piece handle absorbs shock through impact and keeps the blade responsive, finished with Ihsan's newly developed grip. Want a thicker handle or a chevron grip? Add an extra grip above and we will fit it before dispatch.

Ihsan supply Classic Series bats pro-knocked and ready to play, which puts them well ahead of a raw cleft. We still recommend further knocking around the edges and toe before facing a hard ball. Our Bat Preparation service covers linseed oil, 24 hours drying, 12,000 machine knocks, a scuff sheet and edge tape, and a fitted toe guard can be added too.
