Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy:
We gladly accept returns for all items in their original condition within 30 days from the date of your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Any promotional or free items included with your order must also be returned if the paid item is being returned. If these items are not returned, their value will be deducted from your refund  

Bat Handle Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our cricket bats. If the bat handle breaks within 30 days of your purchase, please contact us for a replacement. This guarantee covers the handle only.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Prepare Your Item
    Ensure the item is securely packaged and in its original condition, including all accessories and any promotional items received.
  2. Include Order Details
    Please include your order number inside the parcel so we can identify your return.
  3. Return Address
    All returns must be sent to:

  4. Postage Responsibility
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  5. Exceptions
    If the return is due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover the return postage costs.
  6. Proof of Postage
    Please retain your proof of postage receipt. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and verify its compliance with our return policy, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Exceptions to Returns

Personalised Shirts: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personalised shirts, as these items are specially crafted to your specifications.

Used Cricket Bats: Cricket bats that have been used or show signs of wear cannot be returned. We recommend thoroughly inspecting your bat upon receipt to ensure it meets your expectations.

Hygiene Reasons: For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
