About this bat
The CEAT Hitman Edition is the flagship bat in the CEAT range, built around the playing profile of Rohit Sharma — one of the most destructive openers in modern international cricket. CEAT entered cricket equipment manufacturing in 2014 through their Meerut-based factory, and the Hitman Edition sits at the top of their English willow lineup. Made from Grade 1 English willow with a clean high-grain face, it is designed for players who want to replicate Rohit's characteristic blend of effortless timing and explosive boundary hitting.
The Hitman Edition features a mid-to-low sweet spot and a generous playing area built for confident front-foot driving and authoritative pull shots. The blade carries full, thick edges throughout the hitting zone, and the profile is finished with a low bow that keeps the bat head positioned for maximum coverage on both full and short deliveries. The weight distribution is deliberately front-loaded, providing the momentum through impact that Rohit's game demands — whether clipping off the pads or launching over mid-on.
The Super Drive Flex handle uses a multi-piece cane construction with an engineered flex insert, reducing shock transmission and giving the bat a lively, responsive feel from first contact. As with all English willow bats, oiling and knocking in is required before match use — where bat preparation is enabled, we complete this fully before dispatch so the bat arrives ready to play.
