The CEAT Gripp Star is built around the same core principles as the Gripp Master — flat face for better weight control, maximum edge thickness for power stroke play, and an aerodynamic back profile for improved swing control. The flat face makes shot-making more deliberate and precise, and combined with the thick edges, generates excellent carry through the ball.
Weight is evenly spread across the back of the bat for consistent balance and a natural pickup. A bat that suits attacking players who like to dominate and want a profile that rewards clean, front-foot stroke play across all formats. As with all English willow bats, knocking in is required before match use.
