The CA Pro 5000 Performance Edition sits a step above the standard Pro 5000 in CA Sports' Pro range — an English willow bat built for developing and club cricketers who want improved graphics, an enhanced blade profile, and a larger sweet spot without stepping up to the higher Pro grades. The Performance Edition brings a more refined finish and improved concaving to the 5000 platform, making it a confident step-up bat for players who have outgrown entry-level Kashmir willow and want genuine English willow performance.

The blade features a mid sweet spot with minimal concaving — CA's approach with the Performance Edition — which creates a wider hitting area and a more forgiving face across the full blade profile. The five-piece cane handle delivers comfortable grip and solid shock absorption through long innings, while the round handle shape suits a wide range of batting grips. Pick-up is well balanced for the weight, making it easy to generate bat speed at this level.

CA's Glass Protek technology is applied to the face at the factory, protecting the willow surface and extending the bat's lifespan.
