The CA Gold NJ-8000 is CA Sports flagship fibreglass cricket bat — the biggest profile in the CA fibre range. The 55mm sweet spot gives the widest hitting area in the NJ lineup, and at around 940g it has a solid, powerful feel through the ball. Built for tape ball, windball, hard tennis ball and backyard cricket where durability and maximum hitting area are the priority.
The fibreglass shell won’t crack, dent or need oiling — no knocking in, no preparation, ready to play straight away. Significantly more durable than willow in soft-ball formats and holds up well across a full season of regular use. The colour is picked at random from available stock unless you specify a preference in the order notes at checkout. If you want a lighter, faster-swinging bat, the NJ-5000 (45mm) or NJ-3000 (38mm) are the natural step down.
