The CA Pro Performance is CA Sports' standalone performance English willow bat — a named model outside the numbered Pro range, built for advanced club and competitive cricketers who want professional-grade construction, a generous sweet spot, and a bat profile tuned for consistent power across all formats. At this price point it sits in the Pro 18000 tier — above the Pro 15000 and below the Pro Legend — bringing the same quality of English willow and CA craftsmanship as the upper Pro range in a model engineered specifically for strong, all-round batting.

The blade features a mid sweet spot with minimal concaving — a CA design approach that creates a wider, more forgiving hitting area across the full face rather than concentrating power in a narrow zone. Thick edges and a full profile ensure there is maximum wood behind the ball on both front and back foot shots. The round handle suits a wide range of batting grips and delivers solid shock absorption and comfortable control through long innings, with a light pick-up that makes the bat easy to manoeuvre.

CA's Glass Protek technology is applied to the face at the factory, protecting the willow surface and extending the bat's lifespan. As with all English willow bats, oiling and knocking in is required before use — where bat preparation is enabled, we complete this fully before dispatch so the bat arrives ready to go.
